And the way the season is set up now, it's almost a guarantee that there will be a super regional ISU weekend. Looking at next year, ISU has open dates on 10/11 and 10/25; Big Ten has not announced the conference schedule as of yet. ISSMA's schedule is showing state regional qualifiers October 18th, Semi-State November 1 and state finals November 8, so that leaves Lucas OIl likely hosting the Indianapolis super regional 10/25.

Yeah, I'd agree that those are quite high. Every band except for Anna-Jonesboro had Visual GE scores that are considerably higher than their Visual Ensemble scores, whereas last year it was the opposite. Last year the range in Visual GE was a 70-165, this year it's 140-184. Probably should be somewhere in the middle, from a 100ish-155ish.

This recap makes me want to drink. Morrison with a 26.35. Between this and Carlyle last week with a 33, these scores are unacceptable. This is an educational activity and the perception of this number matters. Music Ensemble scores in AAA/AAAAA are wild. Top 5: 1) Oak Park/River Forest (?!): 18.50, Marian Catholic: 18.10, DeKalb: 17.80, Oswego East: 17.60, Hersey: 17.60. Music Ensemble had Hersey 3 points up on Romeoville. Every other caption was 1.2 or less. Visual GE in AAA was a 16.00 for Oswego East, 14.50 for OPRF, and a 14.20 for Marian.
