Logistics at St. Louis aren't great either, as the percussion warms up outside. That being said, this wouldn't be the first BOA show in a dome this year to be rained out/delayed.

Before I forget and people start making predictions, BOA Super regional finalists are picked a little differently. There's 2 sets of judges that switch off at each break in St. Louis, so the top 5 bands from each panel make finals. Then, the next 4 highest scoring bands regardless of class/panel make finals as well. It's conceivable to have a 9/5 split in finalists.
