| Details:he contest will utilize a caption based judging system, with the bands split into classes by band size. Bands will also will have the option to perform for judge feedback only and not compete for a ranking. We will start the contest in the late morning/early afternoon to help avoid any sport conflicts that might be happening in the morning. After your performance, students and directors will be able work with a marching band clinician who will help you to focus your efforts for the remainder of the season. We hope that this extra part of our contest will help offer something unique and benefit your students at this early part of the season. Sullivan High School is approximately 20 miles southeast of Decatur, Illinois, and is easily accessible from I-57 as well as Route 51/I-39.
