The Eastern Illinois University Panther Marching Band invites YOU to join us for the 41st Annual Panther Marching Band Festival on Saturday, September 30th, 2017 in O'Brien Stadium on the campus of Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois.


In the competition division, placement and caption awards in each class in the areas of music, visual, general effect, percussion, guard, and drum major will be awarded.
