Get your band performing and receiving feedback early! This is a great opportunity for your students to perform early in the season and get feedback! The Lancer Joust hosts bands of all sizes from around Illinois and beyond—all are welcome! Bands are divided by the number of performing musicians on the field. The competition uses the Bands of America scoring sheets and features a top-tier judging panel of DCI, BOA, and elite high school and college professionals. The Joust runs from approximately noon-6:00pm.
