Amos Alonzo Stagg High School is privileged to announce the upcoming premier performance of the University of Houston Symphony Orchestra and Wind Ensemble, taking place at the school’s Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, December 18th at 7:00 p.m. This one-night only event is a preview of their Midwest Performance on Wednesday the 19th.
Stagg High School is located at 8015 W. 111th Street (the corner of 111th Street and Roberts Road). Tickets for this exclusive performance are only $10 each and will be available at the Stagg box office before the show. The program is a “Transcriptions-In-Reverse” Concert. The band will be playing famous orchestral literature, and the orchestra will be performing wind standards. The program is as follows:
