| Details:The 3rd Annual Sullivan Marching Band Competition will be held on September 10th, 2016. Preparations are already underway to provide a competition experience that is enjoyable for your students, staff, and fans! Sullivan is located approximately 20 miles southeast of Decatur, IL. Our excellent facilities will provide a great competition day atmosphere for all participating bands. Competitive classes will be based on band size, and trophies will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class as well as individual caption awards. A quality judging panel of experienced marching adjudicators will ensure great feedback that is helpful to you as a director. This year, we are happy to announce the return of the clinic portion of our festival. This will be lead by an experienced teacher of the marching arts and will provide an enriching and educational experience for all of the students. We hope this also give you even more feedback to help guide your efforts for the rest of the season!
